Services we provide in terms of data protection include:
Compliance with current regulations. This involves a one-off compliance audit which includes the following:
- A detailed analysis of company files
- Implementation and processing of information collected, and recommendations regarding their compliance with regulations
- Notification of all company files to the Data Protection Agency
- Preparation of a Security Document, Record of Incidents, and any other required documentation
- Inclusion of appropriate warnings in publicity material and on the company's website
- Notification of domain names to the Trade Registry.
Six-monthly review and update of legal documents, which includes:
- Review of file systems and any changes made to same
- Notification of changes to the Data Protection Agency
- Modification of the Security Document in order to introduce any changes made to files and or if the persons responsible for its keeping have changed.
