Payroll administration

From the outset, Bufete Conesa Asociados has been particularly involved in Payroll Administration and Social Security. We believe that payroll administration requires the legal support of specialised professionals, and not just administrators. Proper administration also impacts on tax, labour, administrative and other aspects which need to be considered.

Our activity in this area includes:

  1. Preparation of salary sheets and Social Security forms.
  2. Involvement in the recruitment process in order to adapt the different contract models to the interests of the company or the worker, accounting for the possibility of existing bonuses, the temporary nature and the required clauses of the type of contract to be entered into (drafting, extending contracts, etc.).
  3. Managing registrations and variations in Social Security contributions and deregistrations from Social Security (voluntary deregistration, notice period, trial period, notice of termination of contract, severance settlement, and unemployment certificates).
  4. Tax (IRPF) administration (payment receipts, forms 111 and 110, and annual tax return form 190).
  5. Dealing with employee registrations, variations and deregistrations, and registration of companies and workplaces with Social Security and the Labour Authority.
  6. Helping foreigners obtain residence or work permits.
  7. Studying, preparing and processing requests for payment instalments and deferrals with the Social Security General Regime, or with regard to freelance contributions to the General Treasury of the Social Security.
  8. Processing multiple employment applications with the General Treasury of the Social Security.
  9. Processing registrations, deregistrations and Temporary Incapacity certificates for the National Social Security Institute (INSS).
  10. Providing advice, and processing accident reports for Occupational Injuries and Illnesses Mutual Insurance companies.
  11. Handling administration  for freelance workers: registrations, variations, deregistrations, requests to change the calculation basis.
