The Social Security specialisation complements the areas of Labour and Payroll Management.

We assist companies and individuals by studying their case, preparing reports and advising them on matters related to contributions and benefits, and handling contributory and non-contributory pension dossiers.

We go to court when contentious defence of the case is necessary.

Benefits:

  2. Retirement, early retirement, partial early retirement with replacement contracts.
  3. Capitalisation of pensions and private pension plans included in the Collective Agreement.

 Special agreement with Social Security

  1. Application for the special agreement with SS regarding contributions and healthcare and any subsequent changes to same.
