José Conesa Ballestero

Founding partner and owner of Bufete Conesa & Asociados, continuing the work of the personal firm founded by him.

Licensed on 6 October 1967 as a Labour Relations Specialist and later as a Lawyer, from the universities of Barcelona and Madrid.

Specialised in Labour and Social Security Law, qualified in Community Law and Company Law at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and also in Business Economics.

• First Vice-Chairman of the Association of Labour Relations and Social Security Law Consultants of Barcelona.

• Chairman of the Social-Community Law Committee of the Association of Labour Relations and Social Security Law Consultants of Barcelona.

• Member of the Community and International Law Department of the Bar Association of Barcelona.

• Member of the Honorary Committee of the Bar Association of Barcelona.

• Member of the International Society for Labour and Social Security Law. 

• Founding member of the European Association of Lawyers.

Teaches masters law courses at the Bar Association of Barcelona, the Labour Law School of the Association of Labour Relations and Social Security Law Consultants of Barcelona and, at the IL3 (Institute of Continuous Training), the MBA course at the University School of Business Studies of the University of Barcelona.

Author of several articles and doctrinal works on issues related to Labour, Civil, Precedural and Commercial Law.
